Tätigkeitsprofil:

  • Financial management for the administration of third-party funds for EU projects, in particular project monitoring and financial management,
  • Travel cost reimbursements,
  • Monitoring compliance with funding regulations,
  • Preparation of financial statements and reports on expenditure, preparation of project reviews and audits,
  • Communication in English and administrative „help-desk ‟ for the project partners, preparation of information

Anforderungsprofil:

You have a completed bachelor's degree or vocational training in the commercial field with several years of professional experience in the finance or third-party funding sector. Extensive knowledge and practical experience in the administration and accounting of third-party funded projects (in particular by the EU), proficient use of IT tools (MS-Office, especially Excel, SAP), English language skills (B2 or equivalent), good mathematical understanding, high attention to detail and accuracy, communication skills, service orientation, organisational strength.
